Hosting invoices, renewals and payments in USD, EUR or RUB
Your punshik invoices and balance use USD. Pay eligible invoices or add funds through lava.top, with the checkout amount shown before you confirm.
Where can I find my invoices?
Sign in to your account and open Billing. Review the invoice, service, amount and due date. An administrator can also issue an individual invoice to your account. A paid invoice is confirmed by the payment provider, not just by returning to the website.
Which currencies can I use?
Prices and invoices remain in USD. In lava.top checkout, choose USD, EUR or RUB when available and review the displayed conversion and amount. The checkout quote has a limited validity period; use the current checkout rather than an old payment link.
How does the account balance work?
Add funds from Balance, then use available credit for eligible invoices. The minimum top-up is $12. A top-up credits the wallet; it does not itself create a hosting server. Your account shows invoices and balance activity separately.
How do I renew my hosting?
Open the service and check its next renewal date and renewal invoice. Complete payment before the service expires. These payments do not create a recurring card subscription; check your account for each renewal and keep sufficient funds for balance-based payments.
What if my payment is missing?
Check the invoice status and your payment-provider receipt. Do not repeatedly pay the same invoice while a payment is processing. Send a private support ticket with the invoice number and payment reference if it remains unresolved. Never send card details, passwords or payment API keys.
