Bring your world along
A little preparation makes moving a world much easier.
Save a copy
Stop your old server and download a complete backup. Keep this original backup even after the move.
Match your versions
Use the same game build, loader and required mods on the destination. Check game-specific compatibility.
Move the files
Once a node is available, use Pterodactyl files or SFTP to upload the world and configuration. Never upload account credentials or unrelated personal files.
Check before inviting
Start the server, review its logs and join it yourself. Verify the world, inventories and mod settings before inviting everyone.
